Breakfast. To my family, that used to mean carbs galore! So naturally I had to find a low-carb option, especially for bagels. I have tried a few varieties and finally found a good keto bagel recipe after making some of my own tweaks!

The best part about this bagel is that you do not need any special pans or ingredients to make these! Score! I did use a “donut” pan only because I had just purchased it at Aldi’s and wanted to try it out! Side note: I am an Aldi’s shopaholic! Seriously, best store ever!

This veratile Keto bagel compliments many meals. Not only can you do a basic bagel and cream cheese breakfast versions, these bad boys are great as buns/bread! Some other options are;

  • sausage, egg, and cheese
  • bacon, egg, and cheese
  • chicken or tuna salad
  • or lunch meat sandwich

For more ideas, you can find them on my free meal plan post. So if your family loves a good breakfast staple, these will not disappoint!

  6. Sprinkle your choice of tomorrow, seasame seeds or everything bagel. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve right away and store extra in a sealed container in fridge. Toast when ready.
